it will not be a shame to say

that she has had enough with love

for she's been honored to

experience such

a girl,

merely floating in silence

and drowning in noise

with winds gushing her wings to void

and then there you were

you saw through me,

noticed my eyes

drawn to constellations

with the blue-water dreams mapped

to the universal timings

our hearts twining to

the same pulse

as i walk to a far-a-way land with you

we shared a lifetime here together

and i thought we would go the distance too

but you taught me nothing lasts forever

except my love for your soul

you welcomed my sun, moon, and stars

elegantly draped in chaos

blessed me with a lifetime of togetherness

as i held you in my arms

today my sorrows are best described as a carnival

for you left without a sound

loving the infinite universe in me

i would cross rainbows together with you
